Rob joined PCA in September 2018 as Executive Director of it's Chicago Chapter. In this role, Rob is responsible for the success of the Chicago Chapter. He works with the board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the local community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Rob is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Chicago to thrive.

Rob brings nearly 20 years experience in nonprofit work to PCA, with a focus on youth development through sport, previously serving as the Executive Director of the Illinois PGA Foundation, and for The First Tee of Greater Chicago Chapter. After those roles, Rob later joined the fundraising team at Ronald McDonald House Chicago (RMHC-CNI) as the Director of Foundations, Corporate Giving and McDonald's Programs.

Outside of PCA, Rob and his wife Lisa live in Chicago's south suburbs and have two sons who are budding student-athletes that embrace the Triple-Impact Competitor® values. He is on the Board of Directors for the Illinois PGA Foundation and enjoys golfing and volunteering as a youth soccer coach.
