Executive Director, Seattle
Geoff joined PCA in 2018 to serve as the Executive Director of the PCA-Seattle Chapter. Geoff is responsible for the overall success of the Seattle Chapter. He works with the chapter board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the local community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Geoff is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Seattle to thrive.
Prior to joining PCA, Geoff Bolan was CEO of Sustainable Travel International, a nonprofit organization committed to improving people's lives and protecting some of the world's most vulnerable places. His background includes more than two decades of management, business development, and strategic planning in both the non-profit and private sectors. He has held multiple leadership roles with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), leading all commercial development for the Americas region, then running U.S. operations. He has also held management positions with TravelCLICK, McDonalds, and iExplore. He started his career in enterprise and ecotourism development with Conservation International, working primarily in Latin America.
Geoff has been active in sports for most of his life, and he continues to play soccer and coach Ultimate in Seattle. He received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in international relations from Tufts University. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
