Danielle Williams

Coach Danielle, or “Coach D” as her friends call her, is the Youth Basketball Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers. She is in her second season with the organization, and her goal is to give kids a positive experience through basketball and create or foster the same love for the game she first felt at an early age. Coach D started coaching youth basketball in 2019 and uses a coaching philosophy of “Holistic coaching”.

She believes every kid deserves a chance to fall in love with basketball, and the Trail Blazers! Coach Danielle played collegiate basketball at Indiana University while earning her bachelor’s degree in Sport Media.
