Honoring Brandi Chastain
Honoring Julie Foudy
Honoring Mia Hamm
This year, beyond honoring Brandi Chastain, Julie Foudy, and Mia Hamm with the Ronald L. Jensen Award for Lifetime Achievement, the National Youth Sports Awards & Benefit celebrates the impact of hundreds of thousands of youth coaches by highlighting winners of PCA’s Double-Goal Coach® Award presented by TeamSnap. These coaches exemplify what great coaching is and how it impacts our youth— focusing on effort and mastery (Better Athletes), while also focusing on the more important goal of teaching life lessons and character development (Better People).
Positive Coaching Alliance's mission is to transform youth sports culture so that all youth and high school athletes have a positive, character-building experience. Your sponsorship of PCA’s largest single-event fundraiser of the year can help improve the lives of millions of our nation’s youth.

Each year, the National Youth Sports Awards & Benefit celebrates the impact of hundreds of thousands of youth coaches by highlighting PCA’s Double-Goal Coach® Award winners. These coaches exemplify what great coaching is and how it impacts our youth—how to pursue victories (Better Athletes) while missing no opportunities to teach life lessons and build character (Better People).
The following 4 winners have been selected to win an all-expenses-paid trip with a guest to California for the event and will be welcomed on stage for a panel discussion.
New this year, we will soon be selecting one of our 50 National Winners to receive a $10,000 GRAND PRIZE to be split between the coach ($2,500) and the sports organization or school of his/her choice ($7,500).
