We hope this email finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. Unfortunately, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a serious public health issue we are all facing, we will not be moving forward with our annual National Youth Sports Awards and Benefit originally scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2020.
As a member of our PCA Team, your support is paramount to our success now more than ever. We are especially grateful to those event supporters and sponsors that have honored their commitment to PCA despite the cancelation of this event. If you were considering joining us this year, we ask that you think about supporting the work we are doing during this unprecedented time. Your continued concern and enthusiasm for PCA are deeply appreciated.
Join us as we honor PCA’s Founder, Jim Thompson, as our Ronald L. Jensen Lifetime Achievement Award Winner. We honor Jim for his vision to found PCA in 1998 and for the 22 years of his life that he has dedicated to improving the culture of youth sports throughout the US.
As we enter the next 20 years, join us to recognize Jim and his extraordinary contributions to PCA! Each year, the National Youth Sports Awards & Benefit celebrates the impact of hundreds of thousands of youth coaches across the US by highlighting winners of PCA’s Double-Goal Coach® Award presented by TeamSnap. These coaches exemplify what great coaching is and how it significantly impacts our youth – striving to win while pursuing the more important goal of teaching life lessons through sports.
