Given the unparalleled challenges of the past twelve months, PCA’s upcoming National Youth Sports Awards & Benefit holds a particularly special meaning to us. Annually, the event celebrates the impact youth coaches have by highlighting winners of PCA's Double-Goal Coach® Award. This year it is a matter of great pride to know that the coaches and others we will honor tonight have worked during a time of unimaginable crisis when our youth needed sports and coaches more than ever.
By creating a positive and inclusive environment these coaches have shown that in even the most difficult of times a great mentor is capable of providing young athletes with the social and emotional skills necessary to better their character, better their growth, and make the world around them, just better.
This year, we are taking our event virtual, which will provide a national stage to hear from some of PCA's National Advisory Board members, our partners bringing change in local communities and those celebrated coaches who embody the transformative power of sports. While we may not be together in person this April, we need your support more than ever to ensure that as an organization we continue to fulfill this purpose for youth in sports.

Each year, the National Youth Sports Awards & Benefit celebrates the impact of hundreds of thousands of youth coaches by highlighting PCA’s Double-Goal Coach® Award winners.
Additionally, we’ll name PCA’s National Coach of the Year winner who will receive $10,000 for the Taube Family Prize in Recognition of Excellence in Coaching.
As a catalyst for a positive youth sports culture, Positive Coaching Alliance provides research-based training and resources for coaches, parents, athletes, and leaders to ensure a positive youth development experience for ALL kids, in all communities across the U.S., through sports.
