Executive Director, Minnesota
Amy is the Executive Director of PCA-Minnesota. Prior to joining PCA, she worked as Executive Director for a professional women’s organization called TeamWomenMN and Membership Director of a Chamber of Commerce. She also spent several years in Public Relations and Communications positions for large corporations such as Honeywell and NordicTrack, and was self-employed for 15 years as an International Adoption Caseworker. Amy earned a Bachelors degree in Public Relations/Communications from St. Cloud State University, while on a basketball scholarship.
Amy is a Minnesota native, who grew up on courts and fields playing competitive tennis, basketball and softball. She has served as a basketball referee and USTA umpire, and has been a life-long athlete, coach and fan. She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband, also a college athlete. They have a son in the NFL and daughter who plays collegiate volleyball. A favorite family activity is jumping in any of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes and waterskiing.
