Dennis Serrano is a former collegiate tennis athlete currently coaching AAU 4th and 5th grade boys basketball team. He has over 10 years coaching experienced in Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, and Football.
While attending college in Connecticut, he received the state’s coaching certification and began coaching tennis to kindergartners at a local country club. From there his coaching career expanded to all age groups, including private lessons. He enjoys volunteering as a basketball coach and camp trainer for the YMCA as well as sports club coach for a local elementary school. Recently, Dennis was the recipient of the 2015 Naismith Award for his dedication in developing players into athletes as a basketball head coach.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dennis speaks fluent Spanish which enables him to introduce PCA’s Culture in sports to the Hispanic community.
