National Director of Business Development

Jason is the National Director of Business Development for Positive Coaching Alliance, overseeing three areas: new Chapter Expansion, National Partnerships and Corporate/Strategic Partnerships.
Jason has been with PCA since April 2006. He has served as the Partner Development Associate for the New Jersey/Philadelphia region, as well as PCA's Director of Partner Development from 2008-10. Most recently, Jason was the Executive Director for PCA's Chicago chapter from 2010 to 2015.
Jason grew up in Southern New Jersey, where he was a two-sport (basketball & cross country) All-Star at Egg Harbor Township High School. He went on to Syracuse University and served as a radio play-by-play announcer for the school's football, basketball and lacrosse teams.After working a year in sports television production in New York City, Jason attended New York University, where he received a Master's degree in Sports Management. During his time at NYU, Jason also served as an Assistant Coach for the men's basketball team. His other previous coaching stops include Egg Harbor Township High School. Currently, Jason is the Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach at Perspectives (MSA) Charter High School in Chicago.
Outside of PCA, Jason serves on the Syracuse University Chicago Regional Council and was also a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago from 2009-2013. He lives in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago with his wife, Colleen.
