Darin Roland

Director of Information Technology


Darin is responsible for all aspects of PCA’s technology infrastructure, including the on-going assessment, development, execution and management of technology strategies, policies, resources and associated budgets.  Prior to joining PCA, Darin spent 14 years in big law, running IT operations teams in multiple offices, including international location.  He was also an IT consultant for Applied Materials, Stanford Hospital and other Bay Area corporations.

Darin grew up in Davis, CA where he played soccer, baseball and football plus a variety of individual sports. After bouncing around numerous cities he settled in Sunnyvale in 2001.  He first learned about PCA when he began coaching his oldest son in T-Ball in 2002.  Since then he has coached or helped coached over 20 Little League baseball teams and 10 soccer teams all utilizing the PCA philosophy.  

He and his wife Khuong have two boys, Evan and Ethan.
