Jason Pratt

Sales Manager, Partner Development


Jason earned the sales manager role in 2016. In this role, Jason manages and develops all of PCA's partnership managers, including recruitment, on-boarding, and on-going coaching of select sales staff. Before that, Jason was responsible for all Partner Development activities for PCA in much of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Before assuming his current role, Jason managed customer relationships with Fortune 100 companies while working in the telecommunications industry.  In addition to his 15+ years of sales and account management experience, Jason is the Director of Training for a soccer club in Pennsylvania and holds many NSCAA Coaching Licenses/Diplomas, including the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.  Having spent time in undergraduate schools in Ohio and Florida, Jason’s most recent schooling took place at The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.
