Andrew J. Neuharth has been a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance Minnesota Chapter Board since its launch in June 2013. Mr. Neuharth is currently Senior Corporate Counsel at Target Corporation, where he advises on SEC & NYSE compliance and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Target, he was a Senior Associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, where he advised clients on securities matters, general corporate law, venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Neuharth is also an active member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, where he currently serves as Programming Co-Chair and previously served as Assistant Treasurer.
Mr. Neuharth has a passion for sports, as a participant and fan, dating back to his youth. He attributes many of his life lessons about teamwork, resilience, and respect to his experiences in youth sports, and is excited to help Minnesota’s youth become better athletes and better people through PCA-Minnesota.
Mr. Neuharth is from Nebraska, and holds a BSBA, with majors in Economics and Finance, from Creighton University. He received his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School. Andrew, his wife, Mariah, and son, Will, live in Northeast Minneapolis.
