Hillary comes to the Positive Coaching Alliance by way of the Pac-12 Conference in San Francisco. During her time in the bay area she connected with PCA’s national office and fell in love with the mission of “Better Athletes. Better People.” Bach graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in business marketing while competing on the National Championship softball team. She then continued on to obtain her master’s of business administration in international leadership from ASU in May 2013. Prior to joining the Pac-12, Bach played professional softball internationally for Team Toda in Japan and the Akron Racers in Ohio. Before that she served as a senior administration graduate assistant in Arizona State’s athletic department, where she received the ACWAA Administrator of Tomorrow Award. While an undergraduate, Bach was an intern in ASU’s Athletic Promotions and Revenue Generation department, creating season marketing plans for the varsity teams. She has also held positions as a general manager for the Phoenix Women’s Sports Association and as a research analyst for Navigate Marketing.
