Hillary joined PCA-Phoenix Chapter in 2015, by way of the Pac-12 Conference in San Francisco. During her time in the bay area she connected with PCA’s national office and fell in love with the mission of “Better Athletes. Better People!”. As Partnership Manager, Hillary is responsible for prospecting, developing and closing partnership opportunities in Arizona. Key to to this process is demonstrating the value of PCA programs for youth sport organizations and schools, resulting in an increased PCA partnership base for PCA-Phoenix.
Before joining PCA, Hillary Nelson was an Academic-All American for the National Championship softball team at Arizona State University. This Sun Devil earned her Bachelor’s in business marketing in three years, and then continued on to obtain her MBA in International Leadership in 2013. Prior to joining the Pac-12, Hillary played professional softball internationally for Team Toda in Japan and for the Akron Racers in Ohio.
When not busy with work, Hillary and her husband love to travel and try new restaurants.
