Randy Nathan is the President/CEO of Project NextGen and known nationally as an edu-tainer.  He is also the Mental Training/Life Coach for the Rutgers-Newark baseball team and the Managing Partner of Ballplayers Edge, an indoor sports academy in Randolph, NJ.  He earned his BA from the University of Colorado in sociology and education, an MA in Executive Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College and an MSW from the University of Southern California. He has spent over twenty years inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their personal goals and dreams, while teaching them valuable strategies to overcome the obstacles and challenges they encounter.
 
Coach Randy is also the author of “Bullying in Sports: The Injuries We Don’t See” that is published by Pearson Education. He has presented at Fortune 500 companies, school districts, youth sports associations, camps, teams, as well as state and federal government agencies. He has been frequent visitor on the NFL Network, NJ12, Fox News, RNN and is the area anti-bullying expert for Fox 5’s News and Good Day NY.  Most importantly he is married to Jessa, a kindergarten teacher and the father of four amazing children – Jessica, Alex, Mikayla and Brianna.
