Sharon is a Director of the firm, and is known for her creative strategies and ability to position her clients into advantageous positions, making her sought after in the litigation arena. Ms. Lovejoy is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of commercial and business litigation, from multi-million dollar corporations to small businesses and individual interests, in legal matters including mortgage lending and foreclosure, real estate litigation, environmental/entitlement litigation, and general business disputes.

Ms. Lovejoy is a recent past President of the Federal Bar Association Hawaii Chapter, is a Fellow in the Federal Bar Foundation, and is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America.

Sharon is a Director and Vice-Chair of the Women’s Fund of Hawaii, whose mission is to support innovative, grassroots programs that empower women and girls in Hawaii by educating, fundraising, and making grants. She also continues to be active in the Federal Bar Association, and is assisting the Federal District Court of Hawaii to establish a civil pro bono program for to justice through the federal courts.
