Former Collegiate Softball Player
Trainer - Phoenix
Nicole comes to PCA with experience as an athlete, coach & parent - understanding the importance of PCA's "Better Athletes, Better People" from all avenues. Originally from Southern California, Nic came out to Arizona to play softball at Grand Canyon University as a part of their inaugural team in 2003, competing all four years behind the plate. After graduation, she went on to teach elementary school & special education while coaching middle school softball & giving private lessons. In 2012, Nic left the teaching profession to focus on her newborn, but remained on the field, operating To The Top Training, from 2013-2016 & coaching high school varsity softball in North Scottsdale. It was then that she heard about Positive Coaching Alliance & knew she HAD to be involved. Nic is passionate about spreading the PCA Love. Training athletes, parents & coaches gives her the opportunity to go back to her roots - teaching others.
Nicole lives in East Mesa, AZ, with her husband, two daughters & their two "doodles."
