Alan joined PCA in 2015 as Executive Director of its Los Angeles chapter.  In this role, Alan is responsible for the success of the Los Angeles Chapter. He works with the board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the local community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Alan is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Los Angeles to thrive.

Before PCA,  Alan spent more than 30 years in Advertising and Marketing.  He co-founded “The Ballpark”, a sports and entertainment focused ad agency with clients including ESPN, DirecTV, Disney and Fox Sports. Alan has served 15 years on the Board of Children’s Bureau, an LA non-profit, for the prevention of Child Abuse and was a Marketing Consultant for Beat The Streets/LA, which builds future leaders through the sport of wrestling.

A high school wrestler and soccer player outside of Philadelphia, Alan went on to wrestle at Syracuse University. He is a youth sports veteran, having spent many years coaching his children, on the sidelines as a sports parent, and as a Board Member in AYSO and Little League. Alan has coached soccer, baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. He lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife and two children.
