Native of Somers, CT and University of Rhode Island Varsity Swimmer and Rower and former URI Assistant Swimming Coach.  Competed for the US National Rowing Team for 7 years. with a start on the 1993 University Games Team.  US National Champion 1994-1996. Earned the stroke position for the 1996 US Olympic Women's Heavyweight Quadruple Sculls.  1997 New England Triathlon circuit, won the 1998 Head of the Charles in the Women’s Champ Single and competed on the 1998 World Cup circuit and 1998 World Championship Team.  Finished Runner-Up at the Olympic Trials in 2000 in the Women's Double. Head Coach University of Rhode Island Women's Rowing 2000-06.  Voted Top 100 Athletes of All Time for the State of Connecticut.  She enjoys helping Athletes find their personal potential by coaching a positive mindset, creating significant relationships with their teammates and coaches with realistic goal setting and planning.  Believes there is a Champion in all of us.
