Doug is a 25 year media and technology entrepreneur, investor, and operating exec with a strong background in product, strategy, and finance. Doug's startups have raised more than $250M of venture capital and have generated in excess of $8 billion of market value.

Doug was a founding venture investor in Pandora where he helped the company from inception through IPO. Pandora is now the largest Internet radio service with over 100 million listeners, $750M of annual revenue and a market cap of over $6 billion.   Doug was also an early investor, advisor or exec for pioneering digital media/software companies including Electronic Arts (EA), Coremetrics (IBM), Glu Mobile (GLUU), Liberate (IPO), Rightsflow (Google), Size Technology (First Data), TIVO (TIVO) and Turner Broadcasting.   Prior to entering the tech industry, Doug was a music promoter and TV Producer/Developer ("The Joker's Wild", "Win, Lose or Draw").   

Doug has brought his entrepreneurial passion to the philanthropic world as well. He has been a 10 year advisor to the Grameen Foundation, a leading micro-finance non profit, and 7 year board member of Juma Ventures, a leading Bay Area social enterprise.  Doug is married with 4 children and is a proud 7 year Little League and All Stars baseball coach.
