Become a Trainer
We seek individuals committed to the PCA
mission to conduct trainings for coaches, athletes, parents and organizational leaders for
schools and youth sports organizations. Ideal candidates for this independent contractor position will have attended a PCA Training, have expertise
related to the Training (i.e., candidates to conduct coach
training should have at least three years coaching experience) and have
experience presenting. Engaging presentation and communication skills
are a must.
Responsibilities will include
- Delivering a minimum of 12 trainings per year.
- Presenting at workshops and conferences.
- Maintaining Positive Coaching Alliance’s highest quality standards.
- Representing the Positive Coaching Alliance Mission to our partners.
