Ellen Schmidt-Devlin: Ellen is an expert in the sports product industry, specifically in the sports product life cycle. At the University of Oregon, she is the director of the Sports Product Management Program. Ellen spent nearly three decades working for Nike after competing for legendary coach, Bill Bowerman. She also produced a movie documenting the University of Oregon’s women track and field teams. In addition to marketing, Ellen can talk about topics such as product marketing, product design, product development, Asian manufacturing, the women’s sports product business and women in sports.

Sasha Spencer Atwood: Sasha is the Director of External Affairs for TrackTown USA, Inc. Her experience in track and field and familiarity with the organizations that govern the sport position her well to foster relationships and maintain dialogue with major stakeholders, including USATF, IAAF, USOC, state government and many community partners. Sasha joined TrackTown in 2011 as the Director of Athlete Services, a focus she maintains in her current role. In 2001, Sasha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Georgetown where she was a 3-time Big-East individual Champion and an 11-time NCAA All-American, as well as a member of the Big East Athlete Advisory Committee.


Nancy Monsarrat: 
Over the course of her 27+ years at Nike, Nancy held a variety of Marketing and Advertising positions.  She led global marketing efforts for Nike’s Women’s Training category, in addition to overseeing Nike’s Sustainable Business Innovation and Access to Sport marketing strategy.  She most recently led global marketing efforts for Nike’s Young Athletes (Kids) Division. As the Director of Advertising in Nike’s North America and Asia Pacific regions, she oversaw some of the brands most memorable campaigns.  She was an early advocate for women’s issues through her work on women’s sports and the “If you let me play” and “Athlete” campaigns.

Bev Smith: “Bev” is currently the Executive Director of Emerald KIDSPORTS in Eugene, Oregon. From 2001 to 2009, Bev was the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of Oregon. In 2001/02 the Oregon team won the National Invitational Tournament and in 2004/05 the team advancedto the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament. From 1997 to 2001, Bev coached the Canadian Women’s Olympic Basketball team which won a bronze medal at the 1999 Pan Am games and qualified and competed in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney,Australia. Bev was also an assistant coach for the Canadian Women’s Olympic Basketball team which competed in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. 

Rachael Rapinoe: Rachael, along with her twin sister Megan, grew up in small town, Redding, CA and are the youngest of six children.  They both played collegiate soccer at the University of Portland from 2004-2008, majored in Biology, minored in Marketing.  While at UP, Rachael won the 2005 NCAA Women's DI National Champion; was named to the 2006 WCC academic team & 2nd team; 2006 NCAA regional team & Adidas all american team.  Rachael was also a member of the U21 & U23 U.S. National Teams.  Following college, Rachael played professionally in Iceland for Stjarnan, FC in 2010 and achieved a masters degree at Portland State University, M.S. Health Studies in Exercise. She co-founded with Megan, Rapinoe SC in 2015. Our company's mission is to inspire and enable everyone of all ages and backgrounds tap into their best selves.
